Arnica is one of the most valuable plants in traditional medicine. Our Arnika Montana L., also known as thunderflower or Wolfszeisel grows in the mountains, is carefully harvested by hand and processed in Germany.
We only use the full blossoms.
Arnica flowers and their ingredients are said to have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiarthritic and antiplatelet properties. They are mainly used externally for faster absorption of contusions, sprains as well as for rheumatic muscle and joint complaints.
Arnica has a decongestant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and analgesic effect.
The active ingredient is: 100 ml (89,9 g) Liquid for application to the skin containing 22,455 g tincture of arnica flowers (I:7-9)
Extraction agent: Ethanol 70% (V/V)
Other ingredients: 2-propanol, macrogol glycerol cocoate (Ph.Eur.), propylene glycol, purified water, perfume oil.
